2017 was a year the pre-construction condo market saw some of the hottest launches and sizzling sales resulting in another record-breaking year. According to the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) New Home Sales Report, there were 32,000 condo sales as of the end of October; already surpassing the current record of 27,000 set in 2016 (an increase of almost 20%!).
